すこしも〜ない means "not at all" or "not even a little". It strongly denies that something exists, happens, or is true to any degree.

すこしも + [negative verb / adjective]

少すこしも疲つかれていません。 I'm not tired at all.

すこしも (often written 少すこしも) goes before the predicate, and the predicate must be negative.
