How to form it
A and B are nouns. Put と after each one, then どっち or どちら, then a particle and the question.
| Style | Pattern | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Formal polite | AとBとどちらが~ですか。 | コーヒーとお茶とどちらが好きですか。 |
| Everyday polite | AとBとどっちが~ですか。 | コーヒーとお茶とどっちが好きですか。 |
| Casual | AとBとどっちが~? | コーヒーとお茶とどっちが好き? |
The particle after どっち depends on what follows. Use が with 好き, いい and adjectives. Use を or に with verbs, e.g. どっちを飲みますか, どっちに行きますか.
