それから、~

Meaning 'after that', 'and then' or 'then', indicating sequence of events.

At a glance

それから means "after that" or "and then". It connects two actions in the order they happen. It can also add one more item: "and also".

[Sentence 1]。それから、[Sentence 2]。

昼ひるごはんを食たべました。それから、図書館としょかんへ行いきました。 I had lunch. After that, I went to the library.

How to form it

それから is a connector. It does not conjugate.

Where it goes Example Register
Start of a new sentence 食たべました。それから、出でかけました。 Polite and casual
After a て-form, in one sentence 食たべて、それから出でかけました。 Polite and casual
Before one more item in a list コーヒー、それからケーキをください。 Polite and casual

それから itself is neutral. The verb at the end of the sentence sets the politeness: ます form for polite, plain form for casual.
