At a glance
Verb もしないで means "without even doing". It stresses that someone skipped a basic or expected action before doing something else, and it often shows criticism or surprise.
Verb stem + も + しないで + main action
Noun (する-verb) + も + しないで + main action
彼は説明書を読みもしないで、機械を使い始めた。 He started using the machine without even reading the manual.
How to form it
Take the verb stem (the masu-form without ます), add も, then しないで. For する-verbs, も goes directly after the noun.

| る-verb | 見る | 見もしないで | 見もせずに |
| する-verb | 確認する | 確認もしないで | 確認もせずに |
