Attaches to Form Example
Verb Plain form (dictionary, ない, た) + にせよ 行いくにせよ行いかないにせよ
い-adjective Plain form + にせよ 高たかいにせよ安やすいにせよ
な-adjective Stem (or stem + である) + にせよ 好すきにせよ嫌きらいにせよ
Noun Noun (or noun + である) + にせよ 雨あめにせよ雪ゆきにせよ
